drh 3478490332 Enhance the ".stats" command in sqlite3.exe to show one-time stats information 
if invoked with one argument.  Also show /proc/PID/io information if run on
Linux.

drh 700c252a72 Add auto-explain mode to the command-line shell. Default on. Auto-explain 
tries to automatically detect EXPLAIN queries and format them appropriately.

dan 3fd415b2bf In the shell tool, avoid testing if (sqlite3_vfs.xGetCurrentInt64) is NULL for a version 1 VFS. This field is only defined for version 2 and greater.

drh 1f9ca2c84c Add code to maintain indexes with expression arguments across DELETE, INSERT, 
and UPDATE statements.  Legacy tests pass, but the new code paths are still
largely untested.  The query planner currently makes no effort to use
expression indexes.

drh 534f4dfa3c In the command-line shell, the inability to read ~/.sqliterc is no longer 
a fatal error.  A warning is issued, but processing continues.
