Bump version to 0.2.0; ignore build-* directories

0.2.0 covers everything since 0.1.0: add module/unit-test/target/test/dep, doctor, template overrides and sync. build-*/ holds extra build trees such as build-release/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
